Despatch:

Our dispatch times vary from 1 working day to 5 working days depending on the product that you order. We endeavour to get orders processed as quickly as possible, however, some manufacturing processes take longer than others and orders of multiple items will require slightly longer to complete.

Receiving orders:

Orders should be received with 3-5 days of postage in normal circumstances. We advise you to wait 7 days after despatch before contacting us if an item has not been received.

Delivery options:
Standard postage (3-5 working days) £5 + VAT per order (£6 inc VAT).

Orders over £50 (excluding postage costs) are postage free.

Where is my order?

Please double check the dispatch and delivery estimates for the product and service that you have ordered. If you think that your order is past these estimates please contact us and we will assist you in receiving your order.
Timescales for the delivery of all products are approximate. We do not accept responsibility for the delay of shipping under any circumstances. Please note that we will need to wait 7 days from dispatch before we can track an item that has not arrived at it’s destination.

Do you offer a Next Day Delivery Service?

No. We currently only offer standard 3-5 day delivery.

We constantly review our services and will update as and when they change.

Cancellations & Refunds:

You have the right to cancel any product that has not been personalised, or return any product that has not been personalised within the statutory period. Products that have been personalised can be cancelled if we have not started their production, and written confirmation of the cancellation is received by us before we begin production. Personalised products cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by us.

We will not refund any product where incorrect information or images have been entered by you on our website, this includes spelling mistakes and incorrect images.

We will not refund any product where the colour received does not exactly match that displayed on your monitor. Colour can appear different on different monitors, and as such we will do our best to match but will not be liable.

Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and postage paid for by the customer.
